Shipping & Returns
At Sweet Petite Confections, we go to great lengths to ensure that our customers get the freshest product in the best possible condition.
Most orders are shipped via 2-3 day Priority shipping with USPS, Monday- Wednesday.
Time of year, weather conditions and delivery area will dictate how your order is packed for shipping. During colder months (roughly November- April) orders may ship in non insulated boxes and/ or without cold packs. During warmer months (roughly May- October) orders are usually packed in insulated pouches/ boxes and/or with cold packs. To limit transit time to two to three business days, orders are NEVER shipped over the weekend. At this time, we can only ship within the U.S. (inc. HI and AK). We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Sweet Petite Confections is NOT responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We suggest shipping to a business location when possible. If you select, “Signature Required for Delivery”, your package will not be delivered unless it has been signed for. Sweet Petite Confections will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt. Sweet Petite Confections is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, or any other shipping service due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please double check shipping addresses before submitting your order. Sweet Petite Confections cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping rates are charged per address.
How Orders Are Processed
During busy holiday times, orders may take up to 5 days to process.
Advance orders are welcome and will be shipped on the day specified by the customer. To place an advance order, specify the shipping date in the “Special Instructions” section on the checkout page.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused, and uneaten condition for refund. A refund on shipping charges due to damaged or defective merchandise will be determined on a case by case basis.
